Inshore/Nearshore

(up to 20 miles offshore)

Charter Fishing Wilmington NC area, Family Adventures and Nature Tours

The inshore and nearshore fishing on the southern North Carolina coast can be exciting, hot and fun!  We go up to 20 miles offshore Come and join us as we fish the inlets, estuaries, creeks, flats and nearshore wrecks/ledges on this beautiful coast.

Even with changing weather there is usually always somewhere to go fishing. The fishing does not end when winter arrives  but can actually be very productive.

We can customize your trip to your specific needs.  We use live bait, artificial lures, flies and cut bait to target the prevailing seasonal fish species and conditions.

Fly Fishing

Charter Fishing Wilmington NC area, Family Adventures and Nature Tours

There is something very different about presenting the perfect fly on salt water and feeling that initial strike! Then the stripped line hissing and rattling as it shoot through your hands and tackle.

All levels of skill welcome.

Captain Andre has been saltwater fly fishing for thirty five years. He will tie his own flies if there is no good pattern for the prevailing bait. He can also instruct you in casting and improving your technique.

Taxi & Scenic Tours

Need a safe stable boat to get you or your family to a beach or island?  Or maybe you just want to charter the boat for the day and head off to a quiet secluded spot and enjoy all the sights on the way? Masonboro Island is a rare example of relatively untouched coastal habitat along the eastern seaboard and this is just one of many destinations you might choose. Maybe stop off for lunch at one of the local restaurants on the water. Captain Andre knows where to find peace and quiet or excitement and would love to share his knowledge of the area.
